Great commentary and insight into today's consumerist society.
Interesting to relate to the tensions created especially in SA when the western capitalist modality confronts the developing "3rd world" socio economic reality.
Also looking at media communicated messages that create unrealistic expectations of accessing opportunity, the "middle class" suburban lifestyle, and the subsequent "disapointment" and societal malaise turning to anger, rage, and conflict etc
